DETAILED ROOF INSPECTION: $85.00/hr ($850 min)
Detailed “roof by roof” inspection and report complete with core sampling, analysis, photo essay, recommendations, and budget study analysis. Used to pinpoint each units condition for prioritizing, action, and options.
CORE CUT ANALYSIS: $250
Core samples and asbestos analysis.
LEAK INVESTIGATION: $225 min, not to exceed $450
Moisture scan, spot check for moisture intrusion,verify with core sample, written report.
FINAL INSPECTION OF ROOF INSTALLATION: $85.00/hr ($680 min)
Walk roofs, provide written report.
WRITTEN SPECIFICATIONS, BID WALK: $650+
Certified bids, with analysis.
MOISTURE SCAN: $0.07/sq ft ($450 min)
Measure entire roof membrane for moisture intrusion content, provide written report.
CONSTRUCTION DEFECT INVESTIGATION: $125.00/hr ($1200 min)
